Carefully package up your device(s) and follow the instructions in your welcome email.
Please allow 48 hours for your device to arrive with us. If you want to see if your package has been delivered yet, you can track your item by going to Royal Mail – Track your item and enter your tracking number. It will look something like this: QY XXXX XXXX XGB

Find your phone either by using the search bar, entering the make or model or IMEI
Settings>General>About – then scroll to Capacity
For Samsung Galaxy
1. Swipe up to access apps
2. Select Settings
3. Select Device maintenance or Device care (Don’t see this screen? Go to step 4)
4. Select Storage. You’ll see what storage is unused and what your total storage is, ie 32.4GB/128GB. The larger number is your storage (capacity)
